## Self-hosted

- Price: $0/month, forever
- License: AGPL-3.0 (core), MIT (widget and SDKs)
- Questions: unlimited, no per-question or per-resolution metering
- Projects and documentation sources: unlimited
- Organisations: 1
- Roles: owner, admin, editor, viewer
- Includes: grounded answers with citations, refusal behaviour, docs-gap analytics,
  eval harness, brandable widget, React wrapper and streaming client, any model provider
- You pay for: your own Postgres instance and your own model tokens
- Requirements: Docker and Postgres. No Redis, no Kafka, no separate vector database.

- Status: not built. Planned after self-hosting is proven, with usage-based pricing

- Note: pricing is not published because it has not been set. Early customers

## What is never commercial

Retrieval, grounding, citations, refusal behaviour, ingestion connectors, the eval
harness, docs-gap analytics, the widget and all SDKs, and model choice including

## Product status

The full loop works end to end. There is no stable release yet: the API will
change, and MCP actions (read in v2, write in v3) are not built.

## Comparison

- Intercom Fin: $0.99 per resolution (Intercom's term is "outcome"), minimum monthly commitment.
- Kapa.ai: priced on request beyond a 14-day trial; cannot be self-hosted.
